ARTHA Leadership Camp is a transformative, overnight summer retreat designed for Missouri’s top 5th–10th grade students who demonstrate leadership potential, emotional intelligence, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on their communities. Only 70 students are selected annually through a competitive interview and testing process.

Rooted in excellence and innovation, ARTHA provides a one-of-a-kind leadership experience that blends business strategy, emotional regulation, financial literacy, public speaking, community service, and physical optimization into a fun, high-energy curriculum. Students are mentored by CEOs, physicians, educators, and community leaders, gaining real-world insight into what it takes to lead with purpose.

Key elements of the program include:

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed emotional regulation training
• Daily physical fitness and wellness routines
• Hands-on entrepreneurship challenges and financial literacy labs
• Workshops in debate, team collaboration, public speaking, and innovation
• Service learning and community action projects
• Daily exposure to high-achieving professionals and inspirational speakers
